Terms for
travelling together.
These terms govern your use of the AhaThere app, website, maps, routes, city information and contribution tools.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and UNFOG LTD, the legal operator of AhaThere. Contact: contact@ahathere.app.
1. The service
AhaThere helps travellers find everyday essentials and compare route options. It may include toilets, accessibility information, cooling spaces, water, Wi‑Fi, charging, baby care, luggage storage and other places. Features and coverage vary by city and device.
2. Important route and place warning
Maps, opening hours, prices, accessibility, air-conditioning and outdoor-exposure estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Conditions change. AhaThere is not an emergency, medical or accessibility certification service. Check signs and official sources, follow staff instructions and traffic laws, and stay aware of your surroundings.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and device. Provide accurate information and do not share sign-in links. You can use core browsing without an account where the app permits it. You may delete your account in Settings.
4. Purchases
The permanent unlock is a one-time, non-consumable digital purchase sold through the applicable app store; it is not a subscription. The local price shown by Apple or Google at checkout controls. Access can be restored using the same store account where the store supports restoration. Store billing, family-sharing availability and refund rules apply. Venue tickets, transport fares and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated.
5. Contributions
You keep ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant AhaThere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, adapt and display that content only to operate and improve the service. Submit only material you have the right to share. We may remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading or irrelevant contributions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, defeat access controls, interfere with other users, upload malware, impersonate someone, or use AhaThere to facilitate unlawful or unsafe conduct.
7. Third-party services
Map data, directions, transport, ride-hail and venue information may come from third parties. Their services and terms apply when you open or purchase from them. AhaThere does not control those services.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep AhaThere useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or perfect data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change features or these terms as the product develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk or legal reasons.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Contact us at contact@ahathere.app.
