Delete your
AhaThere account.
AhaThere, operated by UNFOG LTD, lets you delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open AhaThere and go to your profile.
- Choose Account & data.
- Choose Delete account & device data and confirm.
If you cannot access the app
Email contact@ahathere.app from the email address attached to your account. Use the subject “Delete my AhaThere account” so we can identify the request.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymise the account, active sessions, linked sign-in identities, server entitlements and associated synced account data. Device-only map history is removed when you choose the in-app device data option or remove the app.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may be kept where required by law. Deletion from backups can take up to 30 days. See the AhaThere Privacy Policy for further details.
